From the first plié to the final bow, every dancer at IDA is supported, challenged, and celebrated.

Led by a dedicated team of professionals, including Artistic Director Kelly Long and Executive Director Tamara Kimball, our mission is to inspire excellence, build lifelong skills, and create a sense of belonging for every student who walks through our doors.
